  £80.00 per night [£60 single occupancy]
• Double Bedroom with private bathroom
  £70.00 per night [£50 single occupancy]

Minimum two night weekend stay for July, August & Bank Holiday's.

Bathroom has bath with bath/shower mixer with bathrobes provided.

All Rooms have:

• 8 Mb WiFi available for Internet connection
  
• LCD/DVD Televisions
  
• Hairdryers

A few guidelines when considering booking with us:

• Guests have a separate entrance to the farmhouse so you can come and go as you please.
• For not so sunny days and in between outings there is a sitting room for guests.
• On sunnier days there is a walled garden area for guests to sit and enjoy the outdoors and relax.
• Private parking.
• Tea/coffee making facilities.
• The house is not suitable for very young children.
  Pets are not accepted
  Smoking is not permitted.
• We accept cash and debit or credit cards (exc American Express). We no longer accept cheques.
• Deposit's are non refundable unless we can re book the room in time.
