• Double Bedroom with en suite shower room
  £35.00 per person per night [£10 single occupancy supplement]
• Double Bedroom with private bathroom*
  £30.00 per person per night [£10 single occupancy supplement]
• Twin/Single Bedroom with private bathroom*
  £30.00 per person per night

*We will only let one of these rooms at a time unless it is a small group/family booking as the bathroom would then be shared.
Bathroom has bath with bath/shower mixer with bathrobes provided.

All Rooms have:

• 8 Mb WiFi available for Internet connection
  
• LCD/DVD Televisions
  
• Hairdryers

A few guidelines when considering booking with us:

• Guests have a separate entrance to the farmhouse so you can come and go as you please.
• For not so sunny days and in between outings there is a sitting room for guests.
• On sunnier days there is a walled garden area for guests to sit and enjoy the outdoors and relax.
• Private parking.
• Tea/coffee making facilities.
• The house is not suitable for very young children.
  Pets are not accepted
  Smoking is not permitted.
• We only accept cash or cheque and a 50% deposit is required when booking.
• Deposit's are non refundable unless we can re book the room in time.
• Minimum of two nights booking for Bank Holiday weekends.
